Refund Policy

RecruitNbeyond operates on a success-fee only recruitment model. We do not charge retainers or upfront fees for our services.

Fees are payable only upon the successful placement of a candidate and acceptance of an offer by the client.

As a result, refunds are generally not applicable, as no payment is collected prior to a successful hire. 

​

If a replacement or guarantee period has been agreed upon in writing, the terms of that agreement will apply accordingly.
